David McKie

David McKie is an award-winning journalist with the CBC News Investigative Unit. He is a specialist in computer-assisted reporting and teaches investigative journalism at Carleton University’s School of Journalism and Algonguin College He is a co-author of Digging Deeper: A Canadian reporter’s Research Guide and Computer-Assisted Reporting: A Comprehensive Primer. He offers professional training at the Canadian Association of Journalists and guest lectures at the journalism schools at the University of Kings College and the University of British Columbia.
